Install Transcription Connector from Genesys AppFoundry

This procedure explains how to install and configure Transcription Connector from Genesys AppFoundry. Installation adds the app to your organization’s Genesys Cloud Admin > Integrations page. Then, configure and activate it.

Add Transcription Connector from Genesys AppFoundry

  1. Para navegar hasta AppFoundry, realice uno de los siguientes pasos:
    1. Vaya a la página de inicio de Genesys AppFoundry.
    2. Acceda a Genesys AppFoundry desde el menú Admin:
      1. Debajo Integraciones, haga clic en Integraciones.
      2. Hacer clic Integraciones.
      3. Haga clic en Genesys AppFoundry.
  2. Click Sign In to log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Transcription Connector.
  3. In the Search box, type Transcription Connector. The card for Genesys Transcription Connector appears.
  4. Haz clic en la tarjeta. Aparece información sobre la aplicación.
  5. Haga clic en Comprar.

Install Transcription Connector from the Admin menu

  1. Log in to Genesys Cloud for the org in which to add Transcription Connector.
  2. Hacer clic Administración.
  3. Debajo Integraciones, haga clic en Integraciones.
  4. Hacer clic Integraciones.
  5. In the Search box, type Transcription Connector. The card for Transcription Connector appears.
  6. Click the Transcription Connector card. Information about the app appears.
  7. Hacer clic Instalar en pc.

Transcription Connector is now available to configure and activate from Genesys Cloud’s Admin > Integrations page.
