Get help in Architect
To make it easier to access relevant information quickly and where you need it, Architect contains a context-aware help panel. The help panel responds with information that is contextually relevant to your current location and activity within Architect.
For a quick tour of the help panel, watch the following video.
Open the help panel
To access the help panel, click the question mark (?) icon in the top navigation bar. The panel appears on the right side of the screen.
Existing question mark icons continue to function and then when you click them, the in-app help panel opens.
Navigate the help panel
The help panel contains three tabs. To open a tab, click its name or use your keyboard arrows to select it and press enter. For keyboard navigation inside the help panel, use the Tab key.
- Current Topic – Displays context-aware help based on your current task. To view relevant Resource Center content, click this tab.
- Expressions – Provides detailed information about functions that you can use to build expressions, including syntax and examples. You can expand the Expressions tab for more information.
- Resources – Offers quick links to Genesys documentation, tutorials, and other helpful materials.
- Search – The help panel contains a search bar where you can directly search Resource Center content without the need to navigate to the Genesys Cloud Resource Center:
- View the source documentation page – To open the currently displayed documentation page in a new browser tab for easy bookmarking or to access the help content outside the in-app context, click Open in Resource Center.
