Limitations with Transcription Connector
When you work with Transcription Connector in Genesys Cloud, consider these limitations:
- Genesys Cloud supports up to 10 different Transcription Connector integrations. This limitation is not configurable by your organization.

Transcription Connector does not support recording-based transcription, for premises-based Edge (LDM) customers.
- Transcription Connector does not support Agent Assist.

If an unsupported language is used, speech and text analytics may not work properly.

Transcription Connector streams to both internal and external channels (IVR and agent), customers cannot choose which channel they can stream for a particular integration.
- Transcription Connector is not supported under BYOC Premises.
